Shipping and Handling fees support our team’s efforts in making sure the products you order reach your front door. Costs for shipping are as follows:
- A Domestic Shipping and Handling fee of $1.99 is applied to all products under $20.00.
- A Dometic Shipping and Handling fee of $2.99 is applied to all products $20.00 and over.
- International Shipping and Handling fees will vary by product and are often higher than U.S. shipping fees. These charges will be calculated on the checkout page.

Where is My Order?
As soon as an order ship, you will receive an email with its tracking information. Shipping times will vary for each item in your order. You can find up-to-date shipping information and tracking links for each item in your order on the Purchases page of your account.
Estimated arrival dates are also available on the Terms section of each item’s sale page. If your order has not been delivered within a week of its estimated delivery date, please reach out to our team.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Some of our products ship internationally. You may find details on an individual product’s shipping destinations under the ‘Shipping’ section of that product’s page.
All products offered ship within the contiguous United States at this time.
How Do I Change or Update My Shipping Address?
You can change your shipping address after you place an order as long as the item has not shipped. Items are shipped as quickly as possible, so this option is usually only available until the end of the day on which you placed your order.
Note: If an item has already been processed for shipping, you will not be able to change the address.
To update your shipping address:
1. Log into your account
2. Hover your mouse over your name at the top-right corner of the site
3. Click Purchases from the drop-down menu
4. Click on Details next to the purchase
